Think big and don’t listen to people who tell you it can’t be done. Life’s too short to think small. ~ Tim Ferris
Another year has gone by. Time for us to reflect on the last year and to start thinking about what the New Year will bring. Resolutions to be made, plans to be sorted out, and hopes and dreams for the future to be had.
How many times have you made resolutions or plans for the New Year only to have someone tell you that they are not realistic or attainable? How many of us have heard that voice inside that says, I can’t do this; I don’t have the strength or will to follow through?
As we start the New Year, take the time to reflect on all the good things in your life. Look at the positive things that have happened over the last year. Embrace the blessings in your life such as family and friends. Reflect on how much you have grown as a person. Take the moments, both good and bad, from the past year and put them into perspective. How have those moments helped shape who you are?
Now make those New Year’s resolutions! Plan those trips or events. Make those life changing plans—whether it’s personal or professional. But as you make those plans keep one thing in mind. Think Big! Take a chance; stretch from your comfort zone. Life is too short to think small and not take a few chances. Believe in yourself and you will be amazed at what you can accomplish.
We here at CLAC hope that this is your best year ever and hope that you find health, happiness, and success in whatever you set your mind to. We are proud to be part of your journey and to support you as you Think Big!
All the happiness to you and yours in the New Year from all of us here at CLAC.
