Program details

• Each month, a new member will be selected at random to win.
• Extra nominations from your coworkers can increase their chance of winning.
• You can nominate more than one member but only one nomination per person (i.e., you may submit multiple names for consideration but can only send one nomination form per person).
• Deadline for nominations is the last day of each month.
• Previous nominations will not be included in the following month’s draw (requires a new submission monthly).
• Winners will receive a $50 Amazon card and a $50 CLAC store card.
