A great coworker can make a big difference! Here's how you can show your appreciation.

By nominating your colleague for CLAC’s Everyday Champions award—and telling us why they’re so great—they could win a $50 Amazon gift card and a $100 CLAC Store gift card!

Each month, a new member will be selected at random to win.
Extra nominations from your coworkers can increase their chance of winning.
You can nominate more than one member but only one nomination per person (i.e., you may submit multiple names for consideration but can only send one nomination form per person).
Deadline for nominations is the last day of each month.
Previous nominations will not be included in the following month’s draw (requires a new submission monthly).
Winners will receive a $50 Amazon gift card and a $100 CLAC store gift card.
