They are both employed by WorleyCord Energy Solutions Ltd. "I've never met such a resilient or remarkable woman in my career," says Crystal. "Since the day I met her here at IPL, she's been a wonderful mentor and leader. She's dependable on and off the job. "Recently, her daughter took a very unfortunate fall while on a ski trip with her class to Marmot Basin in Jasper and sustained tremendous trauma to her face and head. STARS ambulance helped save her life. Through it all, Tracy showed up every day with such resilience and still smiling. She makes this maintenance team brighter every day."
