How the Program Works

  1. Start with Toolbox 1 — Learn your role and expectations.

As a Steward, you’re often the first point of contact when something goes wrong at work. Toolbox training provides practical tools to help you respond with professionalism and care.

Toolbox Program Structure

A practical introduction to the steward role. Learn how to support members well, build credibility and represent CLAC professionally.

Note for Ontario and Manitoba Stewards: Toolbox 1 and 2 available in the CLAC Central region (ON and MB).
