Toolbox 1 – Healthcare, Service and Manufacturing Sectors | In-class & Distance Learning

Toolbox 1 is the first in a series of courses designed to support you as a steward in your workplace. You will learn all about what it means to be a steward, how CLAC operates as a union, and receive practical help for handling situations in your workplace. The sessions listed below are suitable for stewards working in the healthcare, manufacturing, or private service sectors.

Toolbox 1 is offered in live, online sessions or in-class at some member centres. Online classes are held on Zoom and you will need access to a laptop, desktop, or tablet with audio and visual capability.

Duration: Online classes are 4 hours, in-class is a full day
