Thursday, September 9, 2021 Strong Gains for Members Employed by Can-Am Pipe Works Local 52 members vote strongly in favour of new contract News Newsletters Local 52 members employed by Can-Am Pipe Works Ltd. voted strongly in favour of a new three-year collective agreement. The contract provides annual wage increases of three percent. Members will also receive a one-percent increase in employer pension contributions, bringing them to 10 percent. The annual boot allowance will increase from $300 to $400 in September 2021, and to $500 in September 2022.
