Monday, June 19, 2023 Park Lane Terrace Employees See Wage Gains, Other Improvements with New Contract Locals Local 305 Ratifications Sectors Health Care Paris, ON—Employees of Park Lane Terrace overwhelmingly ratified a three-year collective agreement providing them with wage increases and other improvements. The nearly 150 employees are represented by Grand River Valley Health Care Workers Union, CLAC Local 305. The union has represented Park Lane employees since 1981. The new contract provides wage increases of 1.5 percent in the first year followed by 3 percent increases in years 2 and 3. In addition, special wage adjustments of $0.50 per hour were negotiated for registered practical nurses and recreational therapists.
