Monday, August 19, 2024 Oakville Retirement Residence Employees Receive New Contract Following Arbitration Award Ratifications Oakville, ON—Following an arbitration award, employees working at Chartwell Oakville Retirement Residences have a new collective agreement providing them with wage and pension increases and other improvements. The employees, who work as guest attendants, cooks, personal support workers, and registered practical nurses, are represented by Health Care and Service Workers Union, CLAC Local 304.
