Monday, February 28, 2022 Marriott Courtyard Employees Secure Significant Wage Gains Locals Local 304 Ratifications Sectors Healthcare Mississauga, ON—Employees of Marriott Courtyard Mississauga – Airport Corporate Centre West unanimously ratified a six-year collective agreement providing them with significant wage increases. The employees are represented by Healthcare and Service Workers Union, CLAC Local 304. The union has represented service employees working at the front desk and bistro as well as in maintenance and housekeeping since 2016. The agreement includes the adoption of a new wage grid, which resulted in some members receiving increases as high as 22.5 percent in the first year of the agreement.
