Tuesday, June 24, 2025 Hampton Court Employees Secure Yearly Wage Increases with New Contract Local 304 Ratifications Healthcare SOUTHAMPTON, ON—Employees of Hampton Court Retirement Lodge, a retirement home in Southhampton, Ontario, ratified a three-year collective agreement providing them with annual wage increases and other improvements. The employees are represented by Healthcare and Service Workers Union, CLAC Local 304. The union has represented them since 2019. The new contract provides employees with annual wage increases of 3.5 percent in each year of the agreement. In addition, employer contributions to employees’ retirement savings increase to four percent. Other improvements include increases to the life insurance payout, night-shift and weekend premiums, and unregulated care providers’ hourly wage. The home employs 20 union members who work as attendants, activity coordinators, resident care supervisors, healthcare aides, personal support workers, cooks, and handyperson.
