Friday, March 14, 2025 Gordon Ruth Employees Unanimously Ratify New Contract Locals Local 53 Ratifications LONDON, ON—Contract renewal has been secured for the communication and data technician employees of Gordon-Ruth and Company Ltd. The employees voted in unanimous favour of the settlement negotiated by their union, Construction Workers Union, CLAC Local 53. New terms take effect May 1, 2025, and continue until April 30, 2028. CLAC Local 53 has represented the employees since 2019. The three-year contract provides employees with total value increases between 15.2 and 15.9 percent, depending on classification.
