Friday, April 22, 2022 Gordon-Ruth and Company Employees Unanimously Ratify New Contract Locals Local 53 Ratifications Sectors Construction London, ON—Communication and data technician employees of Gordon-Ruth and Company Ltd. unanimously ratified a three-year collective agreement providing strong wage gains and other improvements. The employees are represented by Construction Workers Union, CLAC Local 53. The union has represented them since 2019. New terms of the contract take effect May 1, 2022, and continue until April 30, 2025. The agreement provides employees with total value increases between 10.2 and 10.4 percent, depending on classification.
