Employer Responsibilities • Post the schedule on time. • Notify employees of changes to the schedule (practices vary) within the required timelines. • Schedule according to the CBA language. Employee Responsibilities • Submit requests for time off before a schedule is written/posted if possible. • Notify if can not attend a shift (sick, emergency situation [unless unable]). • Arrive on time.
