Friday, February 25, 2022 Cedarcroft Retirement Community Employees Achieve Significant Gains after Joining CLAC Locals Local 304 Ratifications Sectors Healthcare Oshawa, ON—Employees of Cedarcroft Retirement Community in Oshawa voted overwhelmingly in favour of their first collective agreement with CLAC. The four-year contract provides them with significant wage increases and other monetary improvements. Healthcare and Service Workers Union, CLAC Local 304, assumed representation responsibilities for Cedarcroft employees after a successful displacement application from Unifor on July 8, 2021. The new contract provides all classifications with an 11 percent increase over the term.
