Friday, July 21, 2023 New Contract for Registered Nurses at Shalom Manor Provides Annual Wage Increases, Retroactive Adjustments for Bill 124 Locals Local 302 Newsletters Ratifications Sectors Healthcare Grimsby, ON—Registered nurses employed by Shalom Manor Long Term Care Home in Grimsby, Ontario, have ratified a new two-year contract providing three percent wage increases each year and improvements to their medical benefits, vision plan, premium rates, and more. The 15 employees are represented by Health Care and Service Workers Union, CLAC Local 302. The union has represented the employees since May 1986.
