Everyday Champion!

Congratulations to Local 601 member Mark Buchanan, our September Everyday Champion winner!

Mark was nominated by his coworker Claudia Sasse. They both are employed by Ambrose University.

"I am pleased to nominate my colleague Mark Buchanan for an Everyday Champions Award in recognition of his outstanding dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to our university community," says Claudia. "Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated excellence in teaching, generously shared his knowledge and experience with colleagues, and served as a trusted mentor to both faculty and students. His kindness, integrity, and collaborative spirit have had a lasting impact on those around him. As he approaches retirement, this nomination recognizes not only his many years of faithful service but also the meaningful legacy he leaves behind. He is truly deserving of this recognition, and I can think of no better time to celebrate his remarkable contributions."
