This 16-hour course is designed to provide various levels of CPR training based on the participant’s background, needs, and interest. A presentation on how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) and an AED certificate is provided with the course. This level covers skills needed to recognize and respond to medical emergencies, including cardiovascular emergencies and choking for people eight years old and older. Includes two-rescuer adult/child/infant CPR.

A refresher course for First Aid CPR Level C is available, you must recertify before your current certificate expires and you can only recertify once. After that, you must take the full certificate again. Please indicate in the Additional Information section on the Individual or Group Request which WSIB-Approved Provider certification (St John’s Ambulance / Canadian Red Cross / Other) you currently hold.
