Dump Truck Safety Awareness (Operator) | Online

This online awareness safety course covers the anatomy, stability, maintenance, inspection, hazards, and safe operation of dump trucks. This course was designed to satisfy the requirements for the classroom portion of operator safety training. Completion of this course does not permit participants to operate a dump truck. Additional hands-on training, evaluation, and applicable licensing are required. Operators are still expected to meet all Provincial and/or Federal standards and licensing requirements.

Dump truck capacity and how to work within those limits
Machine and site setup
Dump truck hazards and obstacles
Hazard recognition, prevention, and control
