Safety for Committees & Representatives | Virtual

This course is designed for health and safety committee members, worker safety representatives, or both. Participants will learn about committee and worker representative duties and responsibilities, how to conduct a committee meeting, hazard identification, hazard assessment and control, inspections, incident reporting and investigation, and what role the committee or worker representative plays in the SAFE work certified process. We recommend sending the entire committee, but at a minimum, all co-chairs. The course is comprised of group discussions and a graded test.

Participants must have access to a computer or laptop with video and audio capabilities, and a reliable internet connection.
