STEP 1 - Construction, Transportation and Service Sectors | Online Distance Learning

STEP 1 is the first in a series of courses designed to support you as a steward in your workplace. This is where you will be introduced to the Steward Training Education Pathway. The class is a 3-hour instructor - led session where you will learn more about CLAC and how we approach Labour Relations. You will meet other Stewards and have a chance to connect. Finally, you will increase your knowledge and understanding of the people skills needed to navigate the different situations that arise in your workplace.

Online classes are held on Zoom, and you will need access to a laptop, desktop, or tablet with audio and visual capability.

Online classes for STEP 1 are 3 hours.

Wage Reimbursements will be offered.
