Toolbox 3 – Knowledge of Self | In-Class

Toolbox 3 builds on what you learned in Toolbox 1 and Toolbox 2 to further support you in your role as a steward. This course examines the what and why behind our triggers and how they can negatively affect our ability to respond in healthy ways when faced with difficult emotions, thoughts, circumstances, and people in our role as stewards.
