This Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course provides robust, scenario-based training to give you the skills to support a person who is experiencing a decline in their mental health, or a mental health or substance use crisis, until professional help is available.
The practical skills learned in MHFA will help you develop confidence and peace of mind by providing a deeper understanding of mental health disorders and influences. You will learn how to support those around you, and care for your own well-being while doing so.
This training is provided in partnership with Open Minds.
