This training session aims to provide the training and skills required to take the practical CSA W47.1 qualification test using FCAW (flux cored arc welding) or SMAW (shielded metal arc welding) in the flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
Hands-on training using FCAW or SMAW techniques in the flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
Upon successful completion of the three-day training session, students will have the opportunity to take the practical qualification test supervised by the Canadian Welding Bureau on the earliest CWB test date following the training.
The cost includes three full days of CWB FCAW or SMAW training including taxes.
The training runs Monday to Wednesday, 8:00am–3:30pm.
