First Level Supervisor Training (FLST) | Online

This comprehensive training program offers the critical basic skills and concepts needed to supervise a crew in the residential, institutional, commercial, industrial, and civil construction sectors. Topics include building your supervisory skills, leading a work crew, communicating effectively, understanding the supervisor’s role in safety and due diligence, developing and motivating teams, and addressing performance issues. The course uses activities and quizzes to reinforce learning. FLST includes Gold Seal accreditation and is a prerequisite course for Industrial Construction Crew Supervisor (ICCS) designation.
