Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on shop work, CCDC’s Welder Apprenticeship Training Program offers a well-rounded education that merges theory with real-world practice. The programs fully align with the Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT) welding curriculum.

This 12-week Pre-Employment 1st Period Welder program is geared towards those with little to no experience looking to jumpstart a career in welding!
Each level of this apprenticeship style program includes theory & practical learning to keep you safe, skilled and certified to work on any job site!
