Tuesday, June 12, 2018 Workers at Dael Thermal Group Unanimously Ratify New Contract Local 52 Ratifications Mississauga, ON—Local 52 members employed at Dael Thermal Group Inc. have ratified a new three-year collective agreement. The contract includes wage increases and improvements to holiday pay, shift premiums, and foreperson premiums. “Together with the bargaining committee, we resolved some complicated issues and we appreciate the unanimous approval by the members of the bargaining unit,” says Joshua Vanderlaan, CLAC representative. Dael Thermal Group employs 20 members who work as refrigeration and air condition systems mechanics, combustion technicians, and sheet metal workers in Barrie and the Greater Toronto Area.
