Monday, December 11, 2017 Willbros Employees Ratify New Agreement Locals Local 152 Ratifications Sectors Construction Winnipeg—Local 152 members employed by Willbros Facilities & Tanks (Canada) LP ratified a new three-year collective agreement providing very competitive wages, employer-paid RSP contributions, and an employer-paid benefits plan. The contract also provides members with 50 percent of the cost of fresh air hoods (up to $1,000), 50 percent of the cost of prescription safety eyewear (up to $300), and $150 annual safety boot allowance. Forepersons will receive $6 per hour premium and lead hands $3 per hour premium above the journeyperson rate. Members employed by the company include pipefitters and welders.
