Saturday, November 30, 2019 We Remember Locals Local 63 Newsletters Sectors Construction Over 600 Local 63 members as well as CLAC staff were in attendance at the Remembrance Day service held on November 8 at the Propane Dehydration site in Fort Saskatchewan. Dennis Perrin, CLAC Prairies director, spoke to the group reflecting on his family’s history of service in both world wars. He shared his perspective of the great sacrifices made by Canadians. Local 63 and Kiewit Energy Construction Co. ULC matched all the contributions made by the members for the poppy donations. Together, they were able to donate over $3,000 to the local Kingsway Royal Canadian Legion to help with their local initiatives.
