Wednesday, August 1, 2018 Wages Improve for CLAC Members at MCL Power Local 63 Ratifications A new collective agreement will bring several improvements to Local 63 members working for MCL Power Inc in Edmonton. Highlights of the 32-month contract include a $1.50 per hour increase to the journeyman rate, and improvements to language covering shift premiums, vacation pay, and mileage rates. The agreement was recently ratified by 82 percent of the membership.
