Monday, July 15, 2024 VON Canada Employees Unanimously Ratify Collective Agreement Locals Chatham, ON—Local 303 members employed by VON Canada (Ontario Branch, Chatham-Kent site) unanimously ratified a three-year collective agreement. The new contract provides them with a seven percent wage increase in year one and a three percent increase in year two. In addition, a new daily overtime trigger for full-time staff was negotiated as well as improved statutory holiday scheduling language. The 17 VON Canada RPNs provide homecare to individuals in the community.
