Thursday, September 15, 2022 Traugott Employees Ratify New Agreement Locals Local 152 Newsletters Manitoba Local 152 Ratifications Sectors Construction Winnipeg—Employees of Traugott Building Contractors Inc. ratified a three-year collective agreement providing them with wage increases and other improvements. The employees are represented by Construction Workers Union, CLAC Local 152. The new contract provides an increase to base wage rates, to the foreperson premium, and to the accommodation allowance. In addition, the benefits plan was upgraded to include the addition of 14 days short term disability. The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation was added as a statutory holiday. Traugott is currently working on a new six screen movie theatre for Cineplex.
