Monday, November 2, 2020 Successful Partnership Leads to Full Employment Newsletters Saskatchewan Local 151 Sectors Construction CLAC Training in Saskatchewan is proud to offer the Pre-Apprentice Insulator course in Saskatchewan. The course is six weeks in duration and consists of multimedia learning, hands-on training, and classroom training. This is the first of three levels required to become a journeyperson insulator. The first course began in February 2020 at the Saskatoon Training Centre. For this course offering, we partnered with the Saskatoon Tribal Council to deliver the insulator program to 14 students. As part of our partnership, CLAC secured employment for all 14 students after the completion of the course with Brock Canada Field Services Ltd.
