Sunday, August 14, 2022 Stewards Education Day Newsletters Alberta Local 301 Local 301 stewards working at Save-On-Foods and Urban Fare attended a stewards education day in Red Deer in June. Stewards are essential in supporting you and your fellow members in the workplace, and CLAC is committed to ensuring that your stewards are properly trained. The group strengthened their knowledge in some of the key areas of responsibility for their roles as stewards, while also sharing in some camaraderie. Stewards received refresh training in reviewing schedules, supporting members in discipline meetings, writing grievances, and mental health.
