Highlights include new pay scales that allow for further compensation for hours worked (ie. pay raise at 2,000+ hours, 4,000+ hours, 6,000+ hours, and 8,000+ hours), general wage increases of 1.25%, 1.25%, and 1.75%, better process language for scheduling, and increased mileage compensation to $0.43/km.
