Monday, February 26, 2024 Skyway Canada Employees Ratify New Contract Locals Local 63 Ratifications Sectors Construction Edmonton—Local 63 members employed by Skyway Canada Ltd. ratified a two-year collective agreement providing them with yearly wage increases and other improvements. The new contract provides members with an 8.5 percent wage increase for 2024 and 4.5 percent increase for 2025. The agreement also provides an increase to the night-shift premium and the addition of short term disability coverage to the benefits plan. Skyway Canada employs 50 Local 63 members. The local has represented the company’s employees since 2003.
