Thursday, August 10, 2023 Significant Wage Increases for enVision Community Living Employees News Newsletters National Steinbach, MB—Following a significant increase in provincial funding, direct support workers at enVision Community Living in Steinbach, Manitoba, have recently seen an increase to their wages by an average of 24 percent across all classifications retroactively applied to April 2023. Premiums for relevant education were also increased. The 15 employees are represented by Education, Service, and Health Care Union, CLAC Local 306. The union has represented the employees since 2015.
