Wednesday, November 4, 2020 Scholarship Winners! Newsletters Manitoba Local 306 Each year, CLAC awards a number of $1,500 scholarships to members or their spouse, children, or grandchildren. Despite the global setback that is the COVID-19 pandemic, CLAC received over 135 applications this year, and 20 scholarships were awarded, including two winners from Local 306. Congratulations! Dianne Opsima is enrolled at the University of Manitoba. She is a Local 306 member employed by Save-On-Foods. Flora Russell is in the Dental Hygiene program at the University of Manitoba. Her mother, Julie Russell, is a Local 306 member employed by Garden Valley School Division.
