Friday, June 19, 2026 Royal Ready Mix Workers Approve New Contract with Wage and Benefits Improvements Local 52 Ratifications Construction OAKVILLE, ON—Employees of Royal Ready Mix Inc., a ready mix concrete supplier based in Oakville, Ontario, ratified a three-year collective agreement delivering wage increases, improved benefits, and enhanced retirement provisions. The employees are represented by Construction Workers Union, CLAC Local 52, which has represented the company’s workforce since November 2007. The group, which includes ready mix drivers and yard employees, voted 84 percent in favour of the agreement and secured wage increases of nine percent over the term. The agreement also includes pension contributions of up to 12 percent after 10 years of service and improvements to benefits, including an increase to vision care coverage to $600.
