Friday, June 26, 2020 Royal Ready-Mix Employees Secure Wage, Pension, Benefits Improvements Locals Local 52 Ratifications Sectors Construction Oakville, ON—Employees of Royal Ready-Mix Inc., based in Oakville, ratified a three-year collective agreement providing them with increases to wages and pension plan contributions and improvements to their benefits plan. The employees, who are employed as drivers, yardmen, and loader operators, are represented by Construction Workers Union, CLAC Local 52. The union has represented them since 2007. The new contract provides them with two percent annual wage increases over the term. Employer contributions to the pension plan were increased by one percent to a total of nine percent.
