Monday, August 21, 2017 Roofers Reach New Heights Employees of BML Roofing Systems Inc. Ratify Contract News Cambridge, ON—Members of Construction Workers Union, CLAC Local 6 employed by BML Roofing Systems Inc. recently ratified a new collective agreement. The contract includes significant wage increases ranging from six to seven percent in the first year of the collective agreement. The contract also includes significant increases to pension plan contributions, ranging from forty to fifty percent. “The negotiations went very well and we are pleased with the results,” says Jonathan Schat, CLAC representative. “There are many long-term employees at this company and this is for good reason.
