Thursday, December 4, 2025 Ridgeline Electric Employees Ratify New Three-Year Contract Local 52 Ratifications Construction WOODBRIDGE, ON—Local 52 members employed by Ridgeline Electric Inc. voted 93 percent in favour of ratifying a three-year collective agreement providing them with significant wage increases. The new agreement provides a total wage increase of $5 per hour over the term, maintains the retirement contribution at 10 percent, and raises the foreperson premium to 7.5 percent. Ridgeline Electric is an electrical contracting company based in Woodbridge, Ontario, whose employees work on job sites across the Greater Toronto Area.
