Friday, March 16, 2018 Redi Energy Services Employees Ratify Second Contract Local 63 Ratifications Fort McMurray, AB—Local 63 members employed by Redi Energy Services recently ratified a new collective agreement. The members voted 73 percent in favour of the two-year collective agreement, CLAC's second with this employer. Highlights of the contract include an increase in health and welfare funding in response to cost increase, as well as maintaining the current benefits package inclusive of short term disability; an increase in funding for mandatory training courses for employees; and maintenance of the current competitive current wage and retirement package. Approximately 180 CLAC members work for Redi Energy Services doing scaffolding and insulating maintenance at Suncor Fort Hills, about one hour north of Fort McMurray.
