If possible, make a suggestion about how to improve the practice. • If you witness or are involved in a near-miss incident, report it; doing so may prevent a future workplace injury. • Report all injuries as required by your workplace policies and procedures. – This normally involves reporting to a first aid attendant and a supervisor. – Check your health and safety bulletin board for current information. • Follow all steps required by your workplace. – Ask questions if you don’t understand the process and steps required.
