Tuesday, April 8, 2025 Pre-Eng Construction Employees Unanimously Ratify New Three-Year Contract Locals Local 52 Ratifications Sectors Construction CONCORD, ON—Local 52 members employed by Pre-Eng Construction Ltd. unanimously ratified a three-year collective agreement providing them with significant wage increases and other improvements. The new contract includes wage increases of 13.5 percent over the term, improved employer contributions to members’ pension plan, and improvements to the boot allowance and paid emergency leave provisions. The labourers at Pre-Eng have been represented by CLAC since 2013. They work on new build and renovation projects, especially schools, libraries, and similar projects, throughout the GTA and southern Ontario.
