PAT runs a number of pre-apprenticeship programs in its two campuses in Ontario—one of which is located in the CLAC Cambridge Member Centre. As part of this partnership, CLAC awards a Leadership Award to one member of each graduation class. PAT instructors choose the winners based on their employability score, which includes attendance, participation, personality, time management, work site awareness, health and safety, and grades.
