Wednesday, August 1, 2018 Positive Changes for Lakeview Retirement Centre Employees Ratifications Hamilton, ON—Employees working at Lakeview Retirement Centre have ratified a new three-year collective agreement. The contract was negotiated by Niagara Health Care and Service Workers Union, CLAC Local 302. Highlights of the collective agreement include the introduction of a weekend premium, an increase to part-time in lieu, and a wage increase of two percent in each year for registered practical nurses.
