Thursday, July 3, 2025 Percon Construction Employees Unanimously Ratify New Agreement Local 52 Ratifications Construction ETOBICOKE, ON—Local 52 members employed by Percon Construction Inc., based in Etobicoke, Ontario, unanimously ratified a three-year collective agreement. The new contract provides the 25 members with a total increase of more than 9.5 percent over the term including increases to wages, pension, and vacation pay. The agreement also includes language updates and an increase to daily food allowances and mileage rates. Percon Construction is a general contractor specializing in mid- to large-size industrial, commercial, and institutional projects across a range of sectors throughout the GTA. Local 52 has represented the company’s employees since 2006.
