Monday, January 27, 2025 PCL Energy Maintenance Employees Ratify Three-Year Contract Locals Local 63 Ratifications Sectors Construction EDMONTON—Local 63 members employed by PCL Energy Inc. in the maintenance division ratified a three-year collective agreement providing them with an immediate wage increase of over six percent followed by yearly increases over the remainder of the term. The new contract provides most employees with a cumulative increase of 16.72 percent over the term. Other improvements include moving onto CLAC’s new training model, paid time for training and orientations, and establishing a long term retirement incentive program.
