Randy, along with his teammate, Jordan Lawrence, have taken part in races on the South Buxton Racetrack in Merlin, Ontario, for a number of years. Randy and Jordan both work at Clarke Construction and Clarke Drainage in Blenheim, Ontario. Jordan is employed as a technician. Randy, a directional driller, has served as a steward since 2010, when the employees first joined CLAC. He has also served on the bargaining committee.
